Our hope is that you will love all your items. We spend a lot of time trying to choose quality high fashions for our customers. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return unwashed, unworn items within 7 days from the date you received the item for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returns need to be postmarked within 7 days of you receiving them. For example, if you received your items on Monday it needs to be postmarked by the next Monday. Packages received after the 7 day return window will be marked return to sender and sent back to the customer. YOU are responsible for the return shipping fees on all return items. You must provide the attached return form with your return order. You can DOWNLOAD THE FORM HERE. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Shoes must be in the original packaging and put in a separate bag or box to be shipped back. Shoes and box must be in original condition to receive store credit. We have the right to refuse any items that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges can only be made for the exact item, but can be made in another size or color. If you would like to exchange for a different size and we have it in stock on our website, go ahead and purchase that item in the correct size. Return the one that did not fit with a note of the bottom of the return form that says exchange with both order numbers. After we receive the exchange we will refund you for the first item purchased. If the price has changed, we will honor the best price. If the item is out of stock, please return your item and you will receive your store credit.
If you receive a defective item, please take a photo of the item and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the photo attached within 7 days. These will be determined on a case by case basis.
If you buy an an item with rewards, all rewards will be forfeited if you return the item. This includes by BECK BUCKS and Referral Coupon Codes.
****All END OF THE RACK, GRAB BAG and Clearance items are FINAL SALE. There are no returns on End of the Rack, GRAB BAG and Clearance items.
